As a nonprofit organization, we greatly appreciate your support in the form of donations and membership fees. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Non-Refundable Donations: All donations made to Pavitram Seva Pariwar Trust are considered final and non-refundable. As a registered NGO, we use the funds to support our charitable activities, and once a donation is processed, it cannot be reversed.
Erroneous Transactions: If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction, incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at [Your Contact Email] with the transaction details.
Refund Process: If a refund is approved due to an erroneous transaction, it will be processed within 14 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
Tax Exemptions: If a refund is issued, the donor will no longer be eligible to claim tax exemption benefits for that donation.
Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees collected by Pavitram Seva Pariwar Trust help us sustain our mission and services. Once paid, membership fees are generally non-refundable.
Exceptional Cases: In cases of accidental payment, duplicate charges, or technical errors, we may consider a refund request if submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Membership Cancellation: If a member chooses to cancel their membership, the fee will not be refunded for any unused period.
